NON Seafood - Please note that processing time frames and shipping time frames are not the same. Processing time frames can be delayed depending on the magnitude of orders that we have going out that week. We typically ship within 5-7 business days

Once your order has been fully processed, it will then be ready to be shipped. Once orders are processed, you will then receive an email with a tracking number. Your tracking number will NOT become active until the order is picked up and scanned in by the carrier.
All Spicy Bowls are prepared the day before they ship out.

SEAFOOD ORDERS 

Seafood orders are processed on Monday's, Prepped on Tuesday and shipped out on Wednesday's via Next Day Shipping. Restock is every Thursday at 9am CST. So that means orders will process on the following Monday and will ship out on that Wednesday. We do not work on weekends or holidays. 

Seafood MUST be shipped NEXT DAY, NO exceptions. If you do not select next day, we will have to issue you a refund and you will be charged a $5 refund fee. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Once your order is received, please inspect your order, then refrigerate it immediately. 

I do not recommend warming your bowl, I strongly suggest eating it at room temperature.

If you have any issues concerning your order please contact us within 24 hours via email (TheOriginalNewOrleansSnackBox@gmail.com) so that we can access the situation and resolve it properly. You may be asked to submit photos or videos so that we know how to proceed. 

Seafood Orders are packaged in thick plastic bags to help protect the interior of the cooler and prevents products from poking through to create damages. We add gel ice packs to the bags to keep the product cold. We add absorbing & cushion padding to help soak up any wetness while also providing cushioning to help make the transit a bit smoother. We add filling to any unused space so that things don't move around and affect the integrity of the product. We package the product in an EPS styrofoam shipping cooler and we add more gel ice packs before closing the cooler. Lastly, we put the styrofoam cooler inside of a heavy duty corrugated box and prepare it for shipment. We add proper labeling to the exterior of the box so that the carriers are aware that the box contains perishable items. Once we see that your package has arrived, we will send a courtesy email to ensure the quality of the product. ; )
